Business Architecture Roadmap

Description: The Business Architecture Roadmap describes the process used to formulate a product and service strategy through Business Process (BP) Modeling. The National Human Services Interoperability Architecture (NHSIA) developed by ACYF includes a Business Process model that reflects BP’s common to Human Service programs. The CWS-NS project is extending the NHSIA model, along with CWS and CCLD models to reflect California’s CWS program and this presentation is intended to describe the source of BP’s, how they are broken down into a collection of smaller pieces that relate to application services and capabilities and how these can be leveraged across the CWS-NS development to centralize functionality and support reuse, extension, planning and development approach.
